  • Do you make intermediate stops? Private transfers go directly to your accommodation. If you need an extra stop (e.g., to pick up keys or shop at a supermarket), please request this when booking.

  • What time should I schedule my pick-up for the airport? We recommend scheduling your pick-up 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights, taking into account travel time and potential traffic delays.

Pick-up and Meeting Point

  • Where will the driver be waiting for me? At the airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you collect your luggage, holding a sign with your name. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait at the main entrance or in the lobby.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed? We monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost.

  • How long will the driver wait for me? For airport pick-ups, we include a complimentary waiting time (usually 60 minutes) from the moment your flight lands. For hotel transfers, the waiting time is typically 15 minutes.

About the Vehicle and Passengers

  • Is the transfer private or shared? All our transfers are private and provided by officially licensed taxis.

  • Do you provide child seats or assistance for people with disabilities? Yes, as long as they are requested at the time of booking.

  • How much luggage can I bring? Generally, one large suitcase and one carry-on bag are allowed per passenger. If you are carrying special luggage (golf clubs, surfboards, or bicycles), please inform us when booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.
